Paul Yikpotey is a seasoned professional with over 18 years of experience spanning data analysis, programme management and monitoring & evaluation across international health organisations including the Task Force for Global Health, FHI360, JSI and the Ghana Health Service. He has worked across six West African countries and presented his work at the World Health Organization headquarters in Geneva.
Drawing on his extensive experience coordinating field operations, managing teams and working with demanding institutional clients — including USAID, PEPFAR, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and various UN agencies — Paul brings a structured, professional and client-focused approach to everything MAALVILA does. After a year of building operational experience with an established mobility company, he founded MAALVILA to offer Ghana's corporate, diplomatic and development sectors a more responsive and professionally managed transport partner.
Paul holds an MBA in Health Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Practice and academic credentials from the University of Austin Texas (Data Science & Business Analytics). He is fluent in English and several Ghanaian languages, and is personally committed to every client's transport experience.

No. While we are based in Accra, MAALVILA operates nationwide. We support regional travel, field assignments, site visits and project work across all regions of Ghana. Pricing for outside-Accra routes is based on distance, terrain and duration — contact us for a quote.
Yes — and many of our clients have done exactly that. We are able to provide company registration documents, references and any required vendor registration materials. Contact us at maalvilaent@gmail.com and we will prepare what you need.
Yes. All our rental rates include a professional, experienced driver. Our drivers are trained for both corporate assignments and field operations. If you require a specific driver for a long-term arrangement, this can also be discussed.
Every booking includes the vehicle and a professional driver. Fuel is managed under one of two arrangements, depending on what works best for your organisation:
Both options are available — we are happy to work within your organisation's procurement and finance processes. The preferred fuel arrangement will always be agreed and documented before the assignment begins.
Absolutely. Long-term fleet leasing is one of our core services. Lease terms are structured around vehicle type, duration, expected usage, route profile and maintenance expectations. We accept mobile money (MoMo), bank transfer and cash. For corporate clients we can also work within your existing purchase order and invoicing processes. Official receipts and invoices are issued for all transactions.
